Welcome to Bayfield High School Athletic Registration

Students who participate in Sports and Activities at Bayfield High School must register online. The registration process includes completing Bayfield High School’s Activities Agreement forms and submitting a current CHSAA physical (required for sports only). All student-athletes must have all Activities Agreement forms completed and a current CHSAA physical examination prior to participation.

Students who are playing a sport must submit a current physical with an authorized physician’s signature. Physicals can be uploaded when registering online or emailed to jfregosoruelas@bayfield.k12.co.us. Physicals are valid for 1 year from the date of the last exam. Please have insurance information ready to input.

Athletic Participation Fees may be paid after tryouts by cash or check. The cost is $50 per sport. If your student is on the free or reduced school meal program, please let our office know.
